"My stay at Urbano Hotel left me with mixed feelings, but unfortunately one experience during checkout overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay. At checkout, the receptionist had to call someone to physically go and inspect my room before I could complete the process. In my opinion, if such procedures are necessary, they should be handled more discreetly so guests do not feel uncomfortable or distrusted. "there were a few issues with things not working in the room, like the phone, toaster, microwave. Then the toilet wasn't flushing. i had to be moved to another room. that was inconvenient and took time from my exploration time. my room key stopped working several times and i kept having to get it reactivated. that was very annoying. otherwise it's a nice place to stay and the staff were nice. i really appreciated having a nice apartment to myself."

"Hotel is in a great location. Not far from the airport. So you will hear flights overheard. Lovely reception area. Check in was quick and straightforward. Special mention to Kekeli and Bismarck. Great breakfast choices. Staff were superb, so helpful and very pleasant. Room was clean. Very spacious and aircon worked very well. The Atrium area and bar is great. The pool area is small but a nice extra bonus. Will definitely return. "

"We couldn’t enter the front entrance , the gate was padlocked . We drove past three times until someone directed us to enter through the parking garage. We got to the reception area there had chains and a large lock preventing anyone from entering the main entrance. It made me very uncomfortable. The room was nice but first impression has the greatest impact."
