Front desk staff was extremely slow on providing me my invoice, 2 hours of calling requesting it and I still have not received. I expected more from Four Seasons regarding pool bar staff. "Charming hotel in the middle of the walled city made my stay comfortable and walking distance to the major attractions in Cartagena. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Only area for improvement is that the Wi-Fi is spotty depending where you are located on the property."
