"This hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was easy and effortless. Upon arriving, my boyfriend and I were greeted by the doorman and he took our suitcases while we checked in. We speak little to no Spanish, however all the staff are bilingual. The room is very unique- at the very top roof level of the property, if you have mobility issues or are uneasy on your feet I’d recommend booking one of the other rooms at the property.
