"Location was perfect for Tamworth Town, as soon as I arrive quite late in the evening I was greeted by a friendly smile and the WIFI code was given to me as a priority, perfect no one want to hunt or ask for the code. Keys were explained for access, I decided to have a pint or two before bed, the locals in the bar were extremely friendly and included me in their conversations, made me feel very welcome. "Old carbon monoxide alarm are a problem with alarm going off at 2am aparently this is due to 2011 old wiring its a fault staff know about and pass off lightly as oh it maybe dust. we turned off air con as a precaution not great for the price paid. Restaurant staff were lovely as was the food overall nice stay that could of been great but hotel is showing its age and is in need of refurn in places"

"A hidden gem!! We booked one night at The Station whilst working locally and it was fantastic! Check in was easy, convenient parking and the room was stunning! The kitchenette was a fantastic addition. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked to come back 2 days later. Our go to place now when visiting Coventry. So peaceful and gorgeously designed!"

"The grounds are really lovely. The sauna was nice but the pool was far too busy and looked unclean. I did not go into it. Breakfast was fresh coffee was lovely and hot. Evening meals were cold and had to send it back a few times. Also they got it wrong. But it was replaced as soon as it was mentioned. "We didn't use this stay. We realised we had inadvertently booked the wrong night. Upon trying to swap the night we were told no. No swap no refund no nothing. It was super hard to get through to the property, phone just rings constantly. We had to go via a third party who did try for us but to no avail. Our fault but no assistance from the property"
