The staff were so kind, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also found the common areas, especially the kitchen, to be so useful during our trip. "Fabulous apartment, roomy with a separate lounge, well equipped kitchen. Great to have access to laundry. Reception staff were excellent with recommendations on everything from nearby supermarkets, sites to see and restaurants to eat at. Location is superb, short walk to central Madrid. "Excellent location, close to Plaza Puerta del Sol, easy waking distance to everything! There is also a restaurant above the hotel that has a fabulous rooftop bar! We arrived earlier in the day and loved that we were able to leave our bag until check in time and again after we checked out. The room was clean, had what we needed and the bed was comfortable! We especially appreciated the air conditioning as it was 33/90F during our stay. We would stay here again."

Assisted with travel to the airport, tours and directions to various places of interest. Great breakfast with continental and al a carte options - fresh and delicious.evening entertainment in the restaurant and at breakfast gave a great ambience and calm start to the day. "I didn’t check the elevator didn’t work she gave me the room on the 4 flour I want the room The one I reserved From the picture with the window the one with the palace view- I took the one she gave me I was very tired got wet it was pouring - taxi got desperate next day and left me and couldn’t find the attendant and have to walk about 12 minutes to gran via to grab another taxi super inconvenient for me - love Madrid though been there more than once"
