I was unable to get a hot shower after a long day, and more frustratingly, there was neither hot nor cold water available for my early morning excursion. Safety Concerns: My room key did not lock properly. Despite reporting this to the front desk and requesting a fix, the issue was completely...

"I stages 3 nights. At the first night I had to take a shower in médium-low temperature. I said it at the woman at the main office. Day 2 they changed my room for another which the hit water was ok… she never mentionnes that I Will have to pay the extras. At the Check-out , surprise I had to pay 300 soles to cover it. I asked the women Why and they couldnt answer me. So I paid it and i’m still looking for a refund of theses abusives fées. "

"We had to beg to have the room cleaned daily and to have towels and toilet paper. They looked offended we asked. They came once to clean the room and we were taking a late afternoon nap. The came in without knocking at the door… Don’t take a bath the water smells like sulfur or rotten eggs. If you take shower, be aware your TP is going to be soaking wet and that the whole floor is going to be wet also. The soap / shampoo distributors are not in the shower, but 5 ft away! We were sold a room...
