"Great place. We had a wonderful time at this awesome, family owned/operated hotel. We had an incredible dinner off their special Christmas menu - prepared by the owned and served by his wife and nephew. The rooms were rustic, but very clean and comfortable. We would come back again!"

"Staff was so friendly and the view from the rooms was breathtaking, we got lucky and the volcano came out as soon as we checked in. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. "

"Joel at the front desk was very friendly and amazing. Although we stayed only for one night, the hospitality we received was great. The breakfast was served on the table with plenty of items. Joel offered plenty of advice for visiting the national park, the general safety tips, etc.
The views were breathtaking, wish we stayed longer. "

"Wonderful stay. Very nice team and they even had staff to show us our suite. We stayed one night and did the fishing tour in the morning. Gorgeous view right outside our porch with nice wild life and fauna. They have breakfast included in the morning with choice of how to cook the eggs. If ever in this area, we would love to stay here again. "

"Cecelia was a very accommodating host. Even though we had a language barrier, we used translation apps. She gave us pointers about local attractions and food. The facility is exactly as advertised in the listing. Nice little cottage style rooms."
"Arenal Kioro Suites exceeded our expectations on every level. The view of the volcano and rainforest from our room was exceptional. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Fresh exotic flowers in the room. Our room attendants fashioned the pool towels into frogs and turtles to match our kids stuffed animals which was cute. The hot springs were spotless and we had them completely to ourselves unlike other crowded hot springs that we have visited. The resort also gave us access to the Titokú hotsprings a short drive away. They were also nice but we much preferred those at the resort. The food at both the main restaurant and pool restaurant was consistently excellent. All staff were very friendly. A chef from the main restaurant saw my son searching for frogs one evening on his way into the restaurant and pointed out a red-eyed tree frog for him! The grounds are beautifully landscaped with some short forested trails that were great for birding. Lots of toucans and other exotic birds all over the place. It was an incredible stay. "
"Rainforest Villa was amazing very clean, staff was awesome at all times, chefs were great, enough options for dinner in the resort as well as amenities where you dont have to leave the resort make sure to eat at la terazza as chef John is awesome. The resort feels like you right in the middle of the rainforest full of beautiful lush landscapes."
"This hotel was absolutely incredible - so beautiful with every single detail thought of. The room was stunning, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend!"
