"The room was DISGUSTING!!! The air conditioning did not work at all, they offered to fix it during our stay but we would have to be out of the room for 4+ hours and at the time we were in the middle of showering and changing and no other time was offered because their air conditioning guy was leaving town that day! The refrigerator was broken and we were given a nasty cooler to fill with ice to keep anything refrigerated that we bought. There was hair leftover in the shower from the guests...
