"We booked this hotel very close to our travel and were skeptical due to it’s isolated location. Our stay was wonderful, staff is very kind and helpful. Shuttle service makes it breeze to go back and forth to town. Location is very scenic and has good trails. We were lucky to get sunny morning and were able to clearly see majestic Mt. Fuji from the hotel. We will definitely recommend and use this place when return to the area. "

"Staff spoke very good English. Location, 10 - 15 minutes walk from main bus station. Room was clean, tidy, and spacious. Beds were comfy and large. Free access to roof to view Fuji. "

"Room was a nice size very close to Oishi park which was nice. Lots of bikes to rent. Only don’t side is no fridge in rooms and bathroom had a strange smell the entire time we stayed even after running the fan nonstop . "
