"I had a positive stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, even before the official check-in time, they kindly offered to store my luggage so I could begin sightseeing right away. They also provided a complimentary shuttle to the bus terminal, which was very convenient. It is an easy walk downhill from the bus station to the hotel, but carrying luggage back uphill can be a challenge—so the shuttle was much appreciated. The room itself was clean, quiet, and...

The hotel is right on the lake, with beautiful views of Mt.Fuji from the roof top, and we had that same view from our room - it was spectacular! We had half board (breakfast and dinner) and the food and sevice were excellent. Onsen was an amazing experience - it was the first time for us and we loved it! "If you're looking for an amazing isolated cabin experience just seconds from the street, this is it! The layout of the cabin with kitchen separated from the sleeping area in its own structure including a huge front deck is incredible. Nightly poolside party with grilled meat, desserts, beer and wine was an unexpected treat. Our cabin included a sauna, onsen and shower. This was a perfect place to stay while we ejoyed mountain biking and canoeing in the view of Mt. Fuji. "
