"The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very friendly and polite. They accommodated our every need. There was a wonderful balcony and small garden, where we could enjoy Mount Fuji and relax while enjoying a cup of coffee. The room also had a separate washing machine with dryer, which saved us the trouble of having to go elsewhere for laundry. "The hotel was everything it advertised to be!! Although there were clouds the first couple days, when they cleared, we had a perfectly unobstructed view of mt Fuji. It was like looking at a postcard, totally unreal. Our host was above and beyond. His knowledge of local to do’s, food, sights, etc, was great and reliable. We stayed in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Kawaguchiko. Although Kyoto was amazing, nothing could top our accommodations in Kawaguchiko. Do yourself a favor and and stay here. Thx again!!!!"

"以這個房間價格可以住到面湖看到富士山還可以泡到溫泉，已經無可挑剔 ! 其中一天住宿是星期日，晚上在房間就看到湖岸放煙火，煙火足足有20分鐘，真的非常棒 ! 住了3天，有兩天一早在房間就看到逆富士，真的不虛此行了。另外，很感謝櫃台爺爺還在傍晚已經沒有公車時特地載我到車站換車票，真的很感謝，飯店真的物超所值，推薦給預算有限又想住面湖看富士山的朋友，這是不二選擇了。"
