"Place was fairly nice, was shocked there was no hot tub, would expect one for a Sheraton… Check in was great, staff was very friendly and helpful. Check out however was not so great. Man behind the desk was quite rude, perhaps he was having a bad day but overall quite disappointed. Should have a much better attitude towards the customers who stay here."

"We enjoyed our weekend stay and found the hotel clean with very friendly staff. Our first room had a few issues — the ice machine wasn’t working, the curtains wouldn’t close, and there was an ant infestation near the bed. Once we reported it, the staff moved us immediately, and the second room was perfect. I also visited the gym, but only a few machines were working, and there were no cleaning products available. The TV channel selection was more limited than advertised, and the Wi‑Fi connection was weak, so I ended up using a lot of my phone data. Despite these issues, we still had a good weekend. If you’re staying here, I highly recommend trying Tomah Restaurant, located right across from the Tim Hortons near the hotel. It was our first time, and the ambience and food were top‑notch — definitely worth a visit."
