"Huge rooms and we had so much warm sun beaming through all those windows! Very close to cruise terminal (we walked with luggage and there in 15mins). Very close to the street cars, Riverwalk, Canal St and much more. Checkin was easy and the guy (forgot his name!) was super friendly. Check out Ernst Cafe for cheap drinks and good bar type food with lots of TV to watch a game! Free breakfast and not the best, but not the worst, Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends."

"Staff was great and good location, but nothing free, no free parking, no free breakfast, and the breakfast buffet was what you usually get for free from most hotels but at $25 per person. Also no ice bucket or ice like all other hotels. Overall very nice hotel just could use a few amenities you get from most other hotels!!"

"The stay was fine. The room was average with a tiny bathroom. But it was quiet which was important to me. They have a washer/dryer on site and the washer wasn’t working. It ended up being an enormous hassle since there was no out of order sign on it. However, the hotel made it right and gave me a great rate for an addition night. I would stay here again thanks to management."

"The location is excellent. Walking distance to everything. The room was ok, The walls are very thin and the wood floors are creaky and squeaky. The bed was a little mushy and needs to be replaced along with the linens. Parking was expensive. The lot across the street is nice and close but it cost me $ 182.00 for 4 days parking. The bar and restaurant are really nice and full of beautiful, interesting people from all over, You need a reservation for just about any restaurant you go to."

"The hotel itself is great and a majority of the hotel staff were super helpful. One staff on my last day implied my card was rejecting after trying to recheck in (it was not). Then several times made the process more and difficult. Even stopping me after I checked in, as I walked in to tell me my certificate was expired (I had already worked with management extensively on this). Other than this 1 staff member my stay was overall pleasant and the entire hotel was safe, clean, and the breakfast...

"Absolutely terrible. We showed up and did not have hot water. We contacted the front desk and they said they would send someone up to our room. We waited for 45 minutes and called the desk again, at which point they said they could fix the water from their maintenance room downstairs. We were there for 3 nights, and despite multiple conversations with management, we did not have hot water. The light switch in the bathroom would also not turn off, so that was fun! Management was able to refund my...
