"We had a very late check-in due to a flight. This was smooth and easy process in our room. Our room was immaculately tidy and clean. We are very comfortable in the suite. We didn’t need the butler service as we found it confusing with what they would do and what they wouldn’t do would stay again in a smaller room or even the same room without this butler.
