"Overall great stay. Recently renovated rooms, amazing ocean views, and peaceful location away from the more touristy area of Kailua-Kona. Breakfast was tasty at their Piko restaurant. "Our stay was not at all as described. We thought we were getting an ocean view with laundry. Instead we had to cross a road for both a view and laundry. Will not return or recommend."

"The property itself was fine. I didnt like that they left opened condiments and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is.
