"This hotel is right on the beach and caters to tourists. It is very clean and the room was very comfortable."

"Location is good for a short driving to Walmart for grocery, adding gas and eating at McDonald. But we heard two planes flew over around 6am which woke us up. The room has no air conditioning (most small hotels have no air conditioning in Hawaii). and it can be difficult to sleep if you go to bed early. Parking is good and room is big and has a simple kitchen to use."

"Not Worth it, Price Like 4-5 hotel. It Like motel. .Very noisy during the day and night, people are passing your corridor to go to lobby and dragged their luggages . NO elevator, I need to carry All luggages to level 1 downstairs. Staffs helpful and friendly. I booke d for 4 adults. bed like queen but a bit small. Shouldn’t be for for 4 adults. No kettle and you need to pick up all glass, tea and coffee in receptions., bring your own water bottle as well. "

"We had an enjoyable stay, we were received by Kelly with fresh delicious muffins, the house was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, each day was a different menu with fresh baked muffins, fresh fruit, juice, coffee or late and attention to detail. Kelly was very hospitable and she made us feel like home. I recommend a stay here "

"This was amazing! Great staff, great location AND there's even a swimming hole (5 min walk, if that) with a waterfall! I've never stayed in a shared house before, but this one has spoiled me! It's close enough to be able to drive to all the good tourist spots. Oh, and hopefully you're there for the "big" farmers market on Saturdays. "Overall good location with good amenities. However, all of the pillows (2 for sleeping) provided are too soft and not firm enough. Bed sheets’ thread count is very low which in combination leads to uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Otherwise, solid."

"This is a beautiful, quiet property just above Hilo town. The view of Hilo from the property is AMAZING! Great value for the room we had for 5 days. The property is very relaxing and the sounds of the coqui frogs at night add to the feeling of relaxation and induction of sleep. I would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Hilo."
