"Stayed in a room 131 that, unfortunately, was right next to the kitchen. Every morning, starting at 4am, loud banging occurred until 5:30. (Why you would put guests that are going to be there in that specific room for 4 days is beyond me ). Front desk couldn't help because there were no rooms available. So, 4 nights of being woke up at 4am (while on vacation) made for very long days (and headaches due to lack of sleep). The bubbles dont work in the hot tub all the time (and it was more like...

"We showed up for our 3pm check in to be told that our room was not going to be ready until 5pm. We had to sit in the lobby for two hours and all they discounted was the $10 parking fee for the weekend. The front desk guy was really nice though so blame put on him. Also, if you’re a shy person when I comes to using the bathroom the suite room that we had had a rolling door that left an inch crack in it. If you’re on the toilet you could be seen by someone on the bed. "

"We enjoyed how this hotel was tucked away a bit but yet very convenient with a good amount of neighboring restaurants and shops. Our room was clean upon check in and staff was very friendly. The swimming pool wasn’t as heated as we would’ve liked it to be but the kids still enjoyed it. The pool could’ve used a bit of a shock cleaning since the walls and surface were appearing to be a bit yellow. We would stay here again if we come back to the area."

"This is definitely a cozy and conveniently located hotel. But don’t plan on having privacy or peace. The walls are so thin, you hear EVERYTHING in adjacent rooms."

"The toilet seemed to be designed for a child-very low and old fashioned. There was no information available for TV channels (Had to scroll all the way threw guide on TV to find anything). Breakfast was very good and enjoyed that amenity."

"The staff were super nice and very helpful. The location was beautiful. The spa area is wonderful and includes a sauna that is just perfect for after a massage. The adjacent trails were green and easy to access. The restaurant had yummy food and gorgeous views. This was the perfect location for a girls weekend."

"The stars don’t always tell the whole story. This is a nice property but there were a few big potholes going down to the rooms and in the rooms there was very little general info. The room was clean the beds fine ac and heat worked. But no room info about check out or where to get filtered water or coffee in the morning except at the desk. "The property is convenient and ok. But expensive for what it is. Rooms are very small and very basic. There are no amenities and no extra so the cost is what is the issue. Stay only for convenience."
