"The breakfast was replenished the first morning. I think someone have to ask the second morning. The hot tub has awesome jets, but it could stand to be a little hotter. The staff was friendly and helpful overall. However, the cleaning staff did not replenish the shower gel, nor the bag for the ice bucket. Lastly, the parking lot is really tight - they should consider how they might expand it."

"It is an older property and currently some of the rooms were being renovated. I wish we had been notified and given the opportunity to select other rooms . The work going on in the rooms next to ours was noisy, and started early. I'm not sure if the room we were assigned to had been renovated yet, but the grouting in the (nice large shower) was dingy looking and shower slippers were a must. Also the toilet was unusually low to the groung requireing deep knee bend to use. The bed was too large...

"The property is convenient and ok. But expensive for what it is. Rooms are very small and very basic. There are no amenities and no extra so the cost is what is the issue. Stay only for convenience."

"While the location is great and the price is right, we chose this hotel because of the reviews that showed high ratings by couples. There was nothing about the property or our room that were romantic or couples related. The room didn't even have a blow dryer so we had to go to the office with wet hair to ask for one. It's just super basic and not super clean. If you don't plan on spending much time in the room and don't like to hang out at the property, it's probably fine."

"The front desk is understaffed. They had to go get bedding because there was no housekeeping at night. They also charge for parking it seems like trend hotel are charging to stay."

"The lodge was in the mountains about a mile from Ben Lomond. They had several options for eating and drinking, just not in the same location. Restaurant staff were very friendly & helpful. We had a coffee machine but no cups- it was easier & tastier to just buy their coffee. The WiFi information was non existent, even though they gave a log in code we never got connection. That’s not always a bad thing but good to share with others."

"This is a good place to stay. the room was clean and functional. On the negative side, you have to bring bottled water. There is none in the room. Providing just two bottles of water would be welcome. Also, the TV was annoyingly small."

"Such a charming place. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was cute and comfortable. I enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to the nearby creek, watching the ducks and geese and enjoying the beautiful redwoods. Spent quite a bit of time down by the creek soaking in the beauty."
