TGI Fridays was terrible, my chicken was over cooked, dry. the wait staff was excellent and brought me something else, potato skin from appetizers. it was not burnt crisp but taste need to improve for such a nice hotel. Perfect for budget oriented travellers : staff is very professional and knowledgeable, property is clean and your basics are covered. The room could handled some cosmetic renovations though this was our second time staying at RCC and next time around we will still book there. Thank you to Zoé who greeted us in such a manner that you reaaly feel welcomed."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The grounds were absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The staff were generally friendly and welcoming, but I would like to give special recognition to Diego. He was exceptionally helpful, professional, and genuinely friendly. After learning that I was celebrating my birthday, he went above and beyond by arranging for a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. Employees like Diego truly make a difference and enhance the guest experience. My only minor concern was with the front desk staff. While they were friendly overall, I felt they were a little impatient when I asked for clarification regarding some charges on my credit card. As a guest, understanding billing details is important, and I would have appreciated a bit more patience during that interaction. That said, this was a small issue in an otherwise very positive stay. The beautiful property, excellent service from Diego, and overall pleasant atmosphere made for a memorable visit. I would gladly return and would recommend this hotel to others."

No tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms - 1 tea/coffee machine in the lobby for all hotel guests, this can get very busy especially in the morning. No breakfast or restaurant facilities. Rooms also aren't serviced - clean towels etc available on request."
