We booked this private bath tub half outdoor room and we really enjoyed soak the hot springs whenever we like. The only thing I would suggest is the hotel could provide shuttle...

After waiting 20 minutes, the concierge finally appeared but didn't bother checking our travel documents. The physical key provided was difficult to use, and the lack of English or French speakers made it impossible to seek information. We felt lost and decided to check out early. It was NOT a pleasant experience, definitely NOT. 😔"
