"Clean room and no stress booking"

"I was travelling with my dog and booked a non-smoking first floor room because of my mobility issues. I got to the room and the smell of smoke and deodorizer was overwhelming, and I started to have an asthma attack. I called the desk and explained I couldn't stay and she checked me out, and refunded my room charge. The person at check-in was great.
