My stay at Hop Inn Hotel Ermita Manila was excellent. The entire property felt clean, safe, and very well maintained. My room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and everything—from the air conditioning to the shower—worked perfectly.

"As part of my layover in Manila, I chose this hotel, mainly based on price and location. I must say that City State Tower Hotel met the grade on both of these. Although it is somewhat dated, the hotel has very adequate facilities with a very helpful and friendly staff. There are many stores, restaurants and other places of interest very close by, including Robinson, which has a huge supermarket and department store. The room had a comfortable bed, a very good air conditioner and good sink and shower with warm water. There is even a water kettle for coffee or tea. So overall, very satisfied and I definitely would stay there again in the future."
