"Such a great hotel and in a great location. Everything is well kept and the room was clean and staff was welcoming. Compared to other hotels I stayed in Japan this was by far the best. The hotel is close enough to train stations and great local food options. Nothing was too touristy. "

"This is a GREAT hotel within the airport. They helped me mail my luggage to Osaka after midnight. The next morning, at the basement level, there were many restaurants to choose from for an early lunch (and fewer but still ok for breakfast). It is super convenient to walk our luggage from the airport to the hotel. Staff with great, environment was clean, pleasant and secure."
