"I wanted a good massage after hot springs. I had the reservation for couple’s massage. However it wasn’t great. I think they needed more experience massage therapist. I think the money we spent on the massage was not worth it. Very disappointed."

"Beautiful resort, well kept grounds, friendly staff, room was spacious and well appointed, many activities to participate in - tie dye, escape room, table tennis, bingo. Near the arrival flight path of PSP but planes were so quiet it did not disrupt our stay at all. Taco Tuesdays food was excellent. Many good restaurants close by. Pool is a little small for the number of people using it. Would definitely return and would recommend for a group with varied ages."

"I spent two days at this property and if you stay on the road side you can expect to hear lots of traffic noises. They definitely need to install noise canceling windows. Room size is okay, but not having body wash or shampoo in the rooms is very off putting. I rarely pack such items as everywhere you stay they have them. The mattress was well worn and did t give the best support. TV worked and had a good options for watching. The AC unit is old and needed cleaned. I will probably no stay here again as it wasnt the best stay."

"The building is definitely older and could use some updates, like a fresh paint job, but the room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. I really liked that everything is conveniently on-site—they have a gift shop, a restaurant, and a lounge that serves alcohol so you can enjoy all six pools. After 8 PM, the lounge turns into a fun bar with music. Overall, you really can’t beat the price"

"Great stay in Big Bear at Lagunitas Lodge. They were very helpful and friendly at the front office. The lodge has a game room with pool tables, an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi and the lake was walking distance for fishing. I had a great stay. Thanks Lagunitas Lodge ! "
