"We had an awesome experience at check in, the guy who helped us is excellent at customer service. He is very nice and friendly and the girl who helped us check out is also great! The room is very spacious but our tv was a bit small for such a big room. We had nice clean sheets but the bath towels were a bit small, almost like hand towels. "This place was absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I like to stay close to Palm springs and this was a perfect location. Very private with nice pool and hot tub. The view of the mountains were absolutely amazing. We got to see the sunrise and the sunset. The property manager/owner was a phone call away if we needed anything. Love this place and we are coming back soon!"
