"Clean, spacious room. Check-in was long line but the gentleman was great. Appreciated the delicious cookies. parking was easy but unnecessarily expensive for the area. $15-20/night seems ok, but $34 is just price gauging. I would have given 4-5 stars but...AC did not work well. Set at 67 but was always 70-72 so we found it hard too hot to sleep. The last night we stayed, there was a guy next door (hotel gave us a connecting room), at 5:30-7:00 am he thought it was a great idea to talk really loudly. Called front desk, said they sent security but said he was alone. She gave me a bit of an attitude but I said he was yelling. Turns out he was on an overseas call yelling an laughing. I thought he was talking to someone in the room but it was someone on speaker. Sleep was rudely interrupted. Not the hotel's fault but I didn't like the tone they gave me when after an hour and a half, he was still yelling in his room."

"Heater & TV didn’t work. No one answers the front desk line for help. Stiff pulling shower knob probably not a good idea for room for folks needing easy access to hot water. Missed having a full length mirror in the room. Pillows were awful for the neck. Restaurant staff was very nice. Food is adequate. Liked their old menu options better. Handicap button on B1 didn’t work, but B2 worked fine. "

"The pictures of the property distinctly do not represent the condition of the room. We were given one room and found three walls paint peeling off of large sections and mold. Bathtub had hair in it. Rust marks, and scratches as to the toilet bowl. The second room, not as bad, but closet rack was on the floor and towel. Rack fell when I attempted to take the towel off of it. Size and quality of the towels were small, abrasive and non-absorbent. Lastly, the hotel is right next to the freeway so unless you are a super deep sleeper, forget it."

"The room was clean and smelled good upon entry. I had chosen this hotel because they served breakfast and had a laundry facility. We were traveling for greater than a week and needed the laundry facilities. Upon arrival, only one of the four sets of washers/dryers were in service. Then the change machine did not work. When asking at the front desk if they could make change so I could finish my load that was already in the wash, they could not provide coins but would send the maintenance man to check the change machine. They just put an 'out of order' sign on that machine too. I had to go to a local store a mile away, stand in line to get extra change. This was quite disappointing and frustrating! Breakfast was served later on the weekends, and unfortunately, we had early appointments on the weekend, so only took the food to go. It would have been nice to have fresh fruit or yogurt, or muffin along with the eggs, potatoes, and pancakes. It was functional, but the service was definitely lacking."
