Hotel dekat The Observatory

"Our kitchen was fully loaded and so useful!"

"I noticed hallways had quite a bit of debris and should be vacuumed more often"

"Of course, the photos of the place are way better than the reality of the room situation and the cleanliness. The room was riddled with black mold in the ceiling areas and along various walls in different spotted areas. The bedding had cigarette burns from other guests apparently that left holes in them, and the linens used were very scratchy, which made sleeping impossible. "The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming! The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The room I stayed in was quiet, comfortable and spacious as well. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious! 10/10 would stay again."

"Fabulous property and very attentive staff. Great amenities, very clean all throughout. Zack and Keith at the Market were on top of it"

"We didn't get to eat breakfast because we had to get to the airport before boarding at 6:10. Room was a King Studio and was clean and roomy."

I had some questions about the surrounding area and the staff was patient and helpful. Our room was comfortable, the tv worked great. Very happy there!"

"The room was exceptionally clean, and I must add that it was very quiet as well. As I was traveling for business, I enjoyed a restful night of sleep. Furthermore, the cuisine at the Haven restaurant was truly delicious."

"Very friendly staff and nicely renovated rooms."

"The staff and accommodations were exceptional."

As far as the staff goes, if I had any complaint or needed something the look on their face made ME feel bad for asking. My daughter and I had a wonderful massage on Sunday so I asked my masseuse about a seaweed massage so I went ahead and booked one for Monday. Apparently there was some confusion that I didn’t get what I asked for no...
