"I did not use any of the apartments facilities. At Check-in they stated that staff available 24/7. The apartment was basic. So please dont have any expectation and take facilities with a pinch of salt. You have to pay for laundry. Toiletries were for 1 or 2 uses only. The apartment It was next to the ocean not for swimming. However balcony was not usable due to the smell from Sargusum sea weed. When the smell subsided it was pleasurable to hear the roar of the sea. I stayed for 10 nights...

"The staff is very professional and kind. They were kind above what they needed to be. As a solo traveler, I felt secure and at ease. The on site restaurant staff were great as well. The bed was comfortable and the overall room was perfect for me. I also enjoyed my garden patio. I was impressed with the size of the patio, it was not tiny with room to move about and have a couple guests comfortably. I’ve already recommended it to a couple of friends. I loved my experience."

"I booked this apartment late afternoon, and arrived promptly after booking. The host Greg was fantastic. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. He made sure I had everything I needed and settled me into the apartment with all the info I needed. WiFi was fast and there was a smart tv too to watch Netflix or Amazon prime. Shower was great. When we reported it to the front desk, the clerk pretented that she did not know that the kitchen was directly at the back of the room, with the room having louver windows.
