"This hotel was perfect for first time vacationers to New York. The room was spacious and clean. We had a walk in closet. The bathroom was great. Nice view of 6th street. The hotel is decorated in classic 1920s style, which we loved. The front desk and concierge, door man and other staff were very helpful and nice. This hotel is located with in walking distance of several major attractions and restaurants. A subway access point is a block a way. A couple of convenience stores and coffee shops...

"Club Quarters Grand Central has become my "go to" hotel in NYC. It's conveniently located right next to GCT so you can easily go anywhere in the city. The hotel is safe with many measures in place to put your mind at ease. I often travel solo and that is THE most important thing for me. The room is efficiently laid out and spotless with a super comfy bed, great sheets and towels.The living room area on the top floor has great coffee, nice furnishings and a rooftop area with tables and chairs....

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
