"Stayed here for 2 nights in July, was not sure what to expect but the staff were an absolute delight! The rooms were spotless and the amenities were well thought out (we had a fan already provided due to the heat!) We ate in the attached restaurant - was really tasty. Whilst they didn't have one of the breakfast options (no avocado either morning despite having a huge morrisons down the road!) the breakfast was tasty and well cooked. Would definitely recommend if you are staying on the Isle...

"Our stay at the Mount Edgcumbe was genuinely exceptional. My wife wasn’t feeling well during our visit, and the manager and staff showed such warmth and care — nothing was ever too much trouble. Their kindness and attentiveness really stood out and made us feel completely looked after. The room was beautifully appointed, with everything we could need, and the bed was especially comfortable. "Firstly, we must say what a fabulous host Lisa was. Nothing was to much for her. Very pleasant lady. Our room was No7, which had a 4 poster bed, and was very comfortable. Massive TV.( if you wanted to use it!) Loverly,comfortable furniture. The bathroom was excellent. Breakfast, set us up for the day. Full English, a must."
