"Room was lovely and clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was well and truly welcomed during our stay due to the heatwave. Looking forward to seeing it at its full potential when all the plans are complete for the bar and restaurant. We only needed the room and the amenities in the room were spot on."

"This guest house was a lovely find in a very pretty part of London. Welcome from Lekha was friendly. Breakfast was cooked to order by Newton. Gluten intolerance was catered for. We had a fan in the bedroom as the weather was hot. Ensuite had a lovely powerful shower. The bed was comfortable. Lots of lovely cafés and restaurants nearby. Also just a walk from Hampstead Theatre. Really kind thought of chocolates and a card for our anniversary. Would love to stay again."

"I really liked this hotel. It's what I would call a hidden gem, because I had no idea it was there. The building is clean, housekeeping is spot on, the staff are attentive, and able to offer advice on almost everything. "The room was clean and had everything that was needed for a few days. The TV, kitchen and bathroom were great. The bed was very soft and not very comfy. Check in was a bit of a worry as they do ask you for a deposit of £50 and don't give the access codes until that was done. I arrived after 6pm and there was no-one there so it created a bit of a panic until I managed to get a reply and they gave me the codes. Overall the room was pleasant and within easy walking distance of Golders Green Tube...

"Checking in I was shocked at how little effort it was. There were people crowded in the lobby. One guy was changing his shirt and others were either sitting around or going through their bags. I was given room #202 which is on the 2nd floor ( no elevator) and the only nice thing is that there is only one other room up the steps. 1st impression: filthy filthy hallways and walls. There were suitcases all over by the stairs because it’s the “suitcase storage” area. No one was watching them and...

"We came about this place when a vrbo was unexpectedly cancelled. We could not have been more happy. I believe we got one of the last rooms in London, but everything was great. When we checked out, the guy at the front desk made sure we knew what we were doing on the tube to get to the airport. Would definitely stay again."

"The room was nice - clean, spacious and well furnished. The check-in process was chaotic and confusing. We were asked by a cleaner to pay a deposit via bank transfer because there was no manager on site. The cleaner couldn’t even give us a receipt. We eventually got our deposit back several days later. The location was fine - quite near to the tube station."

"Awful stay - felt like something halfway between a frat house & student dorm - noisy roudy people coming and going at all hours running through corridors shouting and screaming, banging doors, loud music being played late at night - almost no soundproofing and hard to get a decent uninterrupted sleep.
