"Positiv war der tägliche Service mit frischem Wasser im Zimmer sowie die Klimaanlage, die besonders wichtig war, da sich das Zimmer kaum sinnvoll lüften ließ. Deutliche Schwächen gab es bei der Sauberkeit: Handtücher wurden nicht regelmäßig gewechselt und der Teppich war sichtbar verschmutzt. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr beengt und bot wenig Komfort. Insgesamt für kurze Aufenthalte noch akzeptabel, für mehrere Nächte aber nur bedingt empfehlenswert."

"This guest house was a lovely find in a very pretty part of London. Welcome from Lekha was friendly. Breakfast was cooked to order by Newton. Gluten intolerance was catered for. We had a fan in the bedroom as the weather was hot. Ensuite had a lovely powerful shower. The bed was comfortable. Lots of lovely cafés and restaurants nearby. Also just a walk from Hampstead Theatre. Really kind thought of chocolates and a card for our anniversary. Would love to stay again."

Table top fans are provided. - The room facing the street is super noisy at night because there are at least multiple commercial front-load dumpsters that are constantly worked on by garbage collection workers throughout the weeknights (it's non-stop for the whole nights). "My king room was spacious, spotless and lovely and cool, the air conditioning was effective and whisper quiet. I was unfortunately disturbed by other inconsiderate guests who were shouting and chatting loudly in their room right up until 2.15am. I called the night manager who came up promptly and was very clear that they needed to pipe down, which they did. Annoying, but not the fault of the property."

The hotel is in a great location, one underground stop from Finsbury’s Park to Seven Sisters, then a 25min walk to the stadium. The hotel itself was clean and well presented, the staff were friendly and efficient and let us leave our bags there as we arrived too early to check in. Our family room was great. "Hot water, good AC, plenty of room, overall fine! Shower area was a little dingy, but this is kinda the norm for this price hotel in London. No mold or anything, just old and worn. Bathroom was overall fine though. Great place to sleep and stay out in the world during the day!"
