"Very clean and comfortable . The main drawback is its walking distance from Kings Cross and its very poor signage on the building so one can easily miss it and wander around. Get more obvious eye level signage!"

"Check in was welcoming. Beautiful lobby and dining/bar area looked stunning. Room was spacious. Love the pillows in the room, bed was extremly comfortable. Used the bar area on my way back into hotel after an evening at the theatre, it was very late but managed to take a drink up to room. Did'nt eat breakfast next morning as it was £26 and thats too much for me. Check out was swift, staff all friendly, no issues. Would stay again, thank you."

Was arriving late and did not want to be woken early by the light or noise and was woken by both, paid extra compared to other places nearby only to not even get the room I booked"

"When checked in, the iPad doesn’t work while typed in my information. That is your only way of check in and out, it should have been check daily are they working properly or not. Apart from that room is what you need for a night stay. There only one towel each. Face towel would have been helpful."
