The best hotel I've stayed in for many years. Great location, fabulous staff (so helpful), gorgeous food, lovely rooms. A lovely base to explore Palma from.

Only recently opened, this hotel is simply splendid - stylish, well equipped and staffed by the most friendly & professional staff I have ever come across (& I have stayed in some wonderful hotels around the world) Lovely roof top pool & bar, nice restaurant with terrace & quietest aircon I have experienced (& if that's not enough fast reliable wifi too !)

We walked from the hotel to PortSoller which was quite long and hot but lovely and to be recommended. Caught the little tram back to the midway stop by the hotel. There were lots of other walks to do. The restaurant at the hotel was good but the staff there not as friendly as the rest of the hotel staff. Soller town is very interesting and the Vidal (in the main square) is the place to eat however get a table in the garden at the back.

Staff attentative and friendly. Food was excellent. Wanted peace and relaxation for four days and that was exactly what we got. Can't fault it.

We arrived at Concepcio by Nobis and we were greeted by the lovely hotel manager who welcomed us and gave us a tour of the hotel. Every single thing about the hotel was perfect, the decor was SO aesthetic and the food/drinks were gorgeous. However, above everything was the service. We have never met such attentive, kind, funny, lovely staff members before. They truly care for you and made our stay so much more special. The hotel is situated in the centre of Palma but is also very quiet. It is a nice small hotel with only 14 rooms but they are just what you need. We were upgraded on our arrival and the staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I have never known staff like it they were fantastic. The sauna and jacuzzi you hire out for an hour so you can have it to yourself which is lovely. The rooms are nice and clean, have a power shower and a good hair dryer. It's a crisp, clean modern hotel in a quiet location just seconds from a bustling promenade. The beach is great but if it's not for you grab your boots or bike and head for the mountains.

Loved this hotel. We had a standard room which was up in the 'attic'; modern, clean and contemporary with a huge bed and very large bathroom with separate walk-in shower. We even had a view of the harbour through the skylight windows. The decor had a nautical edge to it and though neutral had a romantic and homely feel. Stayed for a couple of nights and the hotel staff were friendly accomdatipn excellent and amenteies first class in such close to proximity to the old town and its restaurants bars and cultural attractions.

A beautiful and peaceful boutique hotel, and exactly what we were looking for in Mallorca. We chose Bytra because we wanted to stay somewhere quieter and more local, away from the busy tourist areas, while using our car to explore the island. It was the perfect choice. Friendly welcome, lovely modern hotel and very clean. Also very quiet, no traffic noise at night and didn’t hear other guests either. Would definately stay here again.

Hotel has a central location surrounded by amazing shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and spoke great English. Pool on the roof and spa were incredible - only negative is there's no shade on the roof !

Perfect family hotel: the old town and the many food/shopping opportunities kept everyone happy whilst it was super easy to get away running or cycling without needing much of a glance at the map for the sporty ones! Many top food locations within only a few minutes as well as a nice park for kids and the beach just a minute away!

Great location, bright modern hotel with friendly staff . Would definitely return . The hotel is situated on a pedestrian only area at the front which is lined with coffee bars . It is quiet and the beds really comfy. The local bus stops are very nearby and the main shopping areas and train station are a short walk away .

I was on crutches following accident and staff could not have been more helpful

very classy-if 14th Century paintings are your thing--and the odd suit of armour- oh and GOLF- Exceptionally comfortable beds -the first bathroom I've ever actually coveted-French brass fittings -nice pool/s (indoor and out) -restaurant expensive if compared to Palma prices (20 minutes by bus -every 1/2 hour out -on the hour back) breakfast buffet excellent. Nice touch in room --a special drawer that housed a collection of glasses -so appropriate one for whiskey/Cava/wine could be used.
