"I had an amazing stay at Hame Hotel on the Isle of Skye. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and well organized, making our stay very easy. "Linda was very helpful, we lived meeting her! She suggested a great restaurant for dinner and we were so happy for it. Our room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the street below and park across. The room was very large with a separate loveseat to sit on and relax. "Loch Eyre House is a charming and private bed & breakfast. The fact that it's 7 miles from the traffic of Portree is a big plus-- at Loch Eyre House you have quiet and a beautiful view of Loch Eyre. The guest lounge is a comfortable place to read or play cards if the weather isn't great. Our room had everything we needed, plus a balcony porch with table and chairs. "The attention provided by the host was truly exceptional. In addition, the location ( Dunvegan) I chose felt ideal to visit the island (better than Portree in my estimation) . It was also quiet and charming and features a very good restaurant (the Old School-reservations required). All and all, a fantastic 2 day stay."
