It was a little too firm for me. We did use the kitchen and laundry facilities. However it was a little strange that staff directed us to go through the car park to get to the gym and laundry. "Not a great location between the major dock road dual carriageway and an industrial estate, although there were supermarkets on the estate which were very convenient. Getting into town on foot or by bicycle involved a quite scary walk/cycle alongside the dual carriageway with no pavement. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean with spacious rooms I could take my bicycle into.
