"Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Il pezzo di barriera corallina davanti alla spiaggia è il più bello di tutta la baia. Animazione varia e non invadente. Cibo a tratti di buona qualità ed altra un po' bassa. Pulizia così e così. Personale gentile.Camere spaziose, un po' datate. Piscine belle.Altri 5 stelle qui vicino sono più belli ma ad una tariffa che è almeno un 2.5 volte questa. Spiaggia un po' piccola e corsa alle sdraie al mattino. Palestra con attrezzi nuovi."

"Al Kasr was a major disappointment. I have stayed at a number of 5 start hotels, as well as in Egypt (previously Sharm El Sheikh) so feel I have a good gauge of a good hotel. From the very start there were red flags. All hotels I have stayed in up until now have offered welcoming drinks (even just a basic juice would be fine) and provided a tour of the hotel facilities so we know where the pool and dining is. "Nice, big room and bathroom with a view to the sea and everything within walking distance: the beach, the pool and the restaurants. The day activities and the night show were really good. Food has been of very good quality at the main restaurant, and a visit to the 2 a la carte restaurants is recommended. Relaxing on the beach sunbeds and then diving into the warm pool was a bliss. Overall, a great experience!"

"Staff was amazing and room was clean"

"Rooms/suites require upgrading. Bedding is worn out with holes! Our sheet was changed once only at our request! Large balcony, although generous was not swept or washed in the 2 weeks we were there. Communal areas are well maintained, however toilet facilities need upgrading and more frequently cleaned. Staff were always polite and helpful. Large general restaurants also require upgrading, however the à la carte restaurants were very good and offered something for every palate. "

"Die Villa mit Pool und Meerblick war toll und das Essen ist hervorragend. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön angelegt und das Riff direkt am Strand mit seinen unzähligen Arten von Fischen ist immer wieder schön und spannend."
