"The service, the location, and hotel staffs are the reason we stay here every time we visit HK. This was our third visit. However, the breakfast can be better. Even though we paid for the breakfast during our stay, we did not eat the breakfast at the hotel because of the quality of breakfast. Please improve the variety and quality, in particular, daily variety. We are so bored to eat the same food everyday. "

Check-in by Catherine was gracious and impeccable. Manager Terry went above and beyond to bring us an unforgettable moment to start our stay. He listened to my concern and moved our room without hesitation. We were impressed by his highly coordinated team working to relocate us for our stay. Facilities engineering should be applauded for their responsiveness and cleanliness. Minor toilet issue was resolved within 15 minutes upon contact. Contactless key cover for room door was found on the floor and repaired immediately. Super convenient hotel located above MTR station and MOKO mall. Gym, sauna (dry and steam), swimming pool, and hot tub makes the Royal Plaza a highly recommended stay in the future for family and friends. No laundry on premise, but Sunshine Laundry Service is affordable and nearby."
