"I imagine that the place was really lovely when it first opened but a lack of maintenance, upkeep and proper cleaning has left it rather grimy and run down. The staff were friendly and helpful but a bit unorganized and spoke no English. They did upgrade our room free of charge because our original room we booked was apparently not good."

She was very nice and very helpful, used a translator app which was very nice but obviously the exact translations can get confusing at times. We found this with most of this city though.
