"We chose this hotel because it is located right on the Canada Line train. We got on the train at the airport and quickly arrived at the hotel which was great. The staff and amenities were top notch. The following morning we hopped on the train and went straight to the cruise ship terminal. If you are using the train out of the airport, this is absolutely a fantastic choice as it is literally at the station."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was bright and cheerful ( mainly the resturant staff 😀) the food in the restaurant was always good, fresh and hot. Convenient parking underground made it easy and you didn't have to worry about getting wet in rain. Located on waterfront... so close to everything.. amazing place! Little on the pricy $$$ side.. but worth the adventure!"

"Walked in later after an emergency , my husband staying in VGH.. told the check-in clerk…she gave me one night and no discount. Ended up back and finally got a discount with the same clerk 3 days later. Got screwed over the weekend"

"Check your room ac filter. Ours was very dirty. Wish there was a separate hotel shuttle to Canada Place. Get a Costco membership before your stay. It’s right across the street. Cheap fast food is available. Hotel staff were truly excellent. They even provided free distilled water upon request. Breakfast was great. Plenty of food/drink choices. Room was also great. Room service provided every other day. Landsea Tours will pick you up in front of hotel. Overall - great room and staff....
