"Clean, comfortable rooms but a little noisy at times in the evening given proximity to Vancouver airport. Front desk staff was very efficient and responsive but not overly friendly. Perhaps not a totally fair comparison given we'd just came from a long stay at a similar hotel in Tokyo. Also, apparently there's an unwritten rule at this hotel that if you leave your room after 11AM you may not have your room cleaned unless you call the front desk. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. "Room had a smell to it. Front desk was helpful. Taxi was cheaper than Uber to the cruise port. Restaurant was pricey - but the norm for Vancouver. Not a place to walk around outside."

"Did not know the hotel was under renovations so some thins were limited. Breakfast was served in a small temporary room that very crowded and little or no space to sit. Had to take your breakfast back to your room to eat"
