"The staff was friendly & helpful. We arrived early and were able to check into our rooms. Rooms were clean and well decorated with plenty of space to relax. Of course, we were close to downtown and easy to walk to our destinations. Über was also available when needed. Very nice swimming pools with beautiful trees, flowers that created a nice atmosphere to relax and enjoy ourselves. Definitely will go again."

"We had a lovely 2 night stay in the Boca Grande room. The room and property were clean and comfortable - great AC! The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was tasty, but a bit on the small side. We also really enjoyed using the pool. The hotel is within a few block walking distance of Duval Street and other local attractions. Parking is easy and affordable compared to other hotels in the area. I’d highly recommend the Conch Heritage Inn!"

"Upon checking in at the Orchid Key Inn for the final leg of our 10 year wedding anniversary trip, my husband and I were immediately made to feel welcome by the nicest staff member called Enrique. The property itself was super clean, wonderfully located just off Duval Street (no noise heard considering how close it was) and had great amenities including a lovely swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a fantastic bar. Breakfast was also a good selection. Room was wonderful, fab shower! Restocked...

"Pool and hot tub were awesome the tropical vibe was like an island paradise. The #5 room however was a bit small I would have preferred a bigger room. The toilet area was a bit too small for my liking. Maybe a different room next visit because outside of that this place is a wonderful place to visit. There really isn’t any parking on site so you have to go about a half mile down and pay $15 for unlimited time. But that was ok with us we walked and road bikes the whole time. It was great."

"The pool and surrounding area was very nice. We appreciated the lounge chairs & complimentary towels. The breakfast was a lovely surprise! Coffee, juices, eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc etc. It was very convenient to walk out our door and grab breakfast from the gazebo. A couple opportunities for improvement: need more space in both the bathroom (for toiletries) and in the room (for luggage and to put our stuff). Also need more hooks to hang wet towels or swimsuits."

"Our room was right across from a room used for housekeeping items. It is often very loud in the morning and at night time. The last night we were there, not sure if it was guests or employees but people were talking very loud in the hallway and in the rooms. Lasted until almost 11:30pm and again in the morning. Second day, we did not get housekeeping service until late afternoon. By that time, the housekeeper gave us new towels in exchange for the used ones. Fitness center had clean towels...

"This is clearly a very old property, which isnt the fault of anyone's. However, the A/C in the room which is MANDATORY if you want to sleep is so dang loud, you cant sleep. So what do you do... the rooms are TINY TINY. The pool was pretty dirty, we wanted to go in but decided against it. It didnt feel like a resort in any sense of the word...which it doesnt fancy itself like that I get but, its pretty rundown if im being honest. Staff is super chill, friendly, helpful as they could be."
