"部屋のタイプを変更したつもりが、行って見たら同じホテル系の別のホテルと言われソンテウを手配してもらい、該当ホテルに移動しました。
ホテルというより実質はサービスアパートです。日中は受け付けスタッフがいますが、深夜早朝は不在になり、同じ系列のホテルにはスタッフがいるので、連絡電話番号を教えてもらっておきました。スタッフに友人に場所を連絡するための目印か分かり易い案内方法を尋ねたが、ネームカードの住所しか答えないし、近所にマッサージ、食事店、ランドリーの店を尋ねたが答えられず、困りました。通勤時間帯の周辺の道はとても込みました。室内は清掃はされており清潔でし たが、些か不快な臭いもして、再度宿泊したいとは思いません。"

"As always, Nova Park is a great hotel for a reasonable price. Mai (the manager) is the absolute best, as is the entire staff.
I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again. "
