"Sewage smell coming from wash basin when faucet was running. Shower area could be better by pressure washing away some mold and mildew."

"Hotel is very noisy, not sound proof. Breakfast is a joke, hardly anything to eat. Hallway has a damp, not so fresh smell and is not air-conditioned. Staff is nice and respond to requests. But property is dated and many of the local guests have no regards for others, yelling and being disturbingly loud at all hours of the day, especially during the early morning hours. No peace and quiet here, that’s for sure!"

"Overall is a good clean comfortable place very close to the beach and lots of cheap food and juice and spa right in front. Staffs are very helpful. Wifi is not excellent in some place. (I stayed at few different rooms so some room wifi is good while some is not). Overall, recommended! "

"Fint hotel med god beliggenhed til stranden. Men ikke imødekommende personale som ej heller kan et ord engelsk. Der bliver ikke gjort rent med mindre du be’r om det og hver morgen stod der fyldte askebægre fra dagen før og lille stå der hele dagen medmindre man selv tømte dem for at kunne sidde ved bordene udenfor. Masser af personale i receptionen, men ville hellere sidde med sig selv og kigge på deres skærm eller telefon og havde absolut ikke øje for sine omgivelser. "

"Fantastic. Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff. Great breakfast. Brilliant amenities. Complementary foot massage, free airport shuttle bus service, complementary 2 round-trip cable car tickets per room, along with free water park admission for all staying guests. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. One downside, the Times Corner Sky Bar - Rooftop. Which is next door. They play music until 12 Midnight, and it can get quite loud. Especially if you’re staying in a room on the left side of the hotel....
