"Ok Big Room, they Said they upgrafed our room IF we gave good feedback on review.. its an ok place to stay, but confusing place. The check in prosess was terrible. We stood there for 20 minutes before anyone looked at us, there were 4 people doing nothing/ looking at the phone. After we finally were given any help, there was little hospitality. But it is an ok place once you finally get the room, for this price it’s ok. "

"The staff, specially Art from guest relations who ensured my stay was as comfortable as possible, making it memorable and stress free, informing me of all that was going on, changing and booking my day needs and desires. Small issues with the room but promptly fixed. Although the beds are spacious and somewhat comfortable, personally I’d rather have a mattress with memory foam topper, as opposed to a cotton/polyester one as this provides little support. But no option for that, a small improvement there maybe required for people who have memory foam mattresses at home and were on a long stay like myself. Facilities are well looked after and clean, beach is lovely specially if you’re on the end of it, free from all the other people on the beach. Privacy is important on all my stays so I didn’t feel like this was an issue. Breakfast buffet was very good and catered for all cultures! Overall a very pleasant 8 days, a small improvement on the bed would take it to the next level for me, but would return and recommend!"

"Condo was clean with a great view"

"Clean room, not too many interactions with staff, infiniity pool is nice but only 3 chairs!! I was there 5 nights but only had towels changed once. Apartment style, not a hotel room. Laundry is nice to have. Small kitchen. No food available in building. Sunset Town is more like strange town Fireworks every night twice! Hard to find good restaurants. "

"The location, room size and cleanliness was great. Water randomly shut off to all hours of the night and morning, so no showers or working toilets… it happened 3 nights in a row and they blamed the city water but other hotels next door didn’t have that problem. So besides that, it would have been perfect but it disrupted our stay significantly."

"We were redirected to stay at The Sea Residences which is one of the same apartment blocks in that series. Housekeeping was once every two days but they did a fantastic job. Amazing views of the sea horizon and fireworks from the balcony. No issues with transport as there are always buggys/Grab cars and Xanh SM drivers waiting around to offer you a ride. The place is 30mins to the main Duong Duong city area/and the airport. There are a handful of places to explore in this Sunset town area for those looking for a relaxing time. Pool at the 16th floor was looking great! "
