"Had an amazing stay at Ancarine Resort. The view and sound of the sea was my favourite part. This being low season means less crowd too. Hardly anyone on beach. Big pool and lots of loungers. The rooms and chalets are surrounded by trees. Only sounds are of nature and waves. Perfect for relaxation.The minus is you get geckos and insects in the room and balcony. "The resort is further from the main attractions and looks like it's not quite developed due to the construction happening out front. The rooms look tired. More care should be dedicated towards the maintenance of the walls, doors, and other spaces in the room. The taste of the food offered at the breakfast buffet was mediocre. Upon checking in, we turned on the air conditioning, however it didn't seem to have any effect on cooling the room after a few hours, which did not bode well for a 10 night stay. "Definitely a different experience but wasn’t our cup of tea! Room is very poorly insulated. aC did not work well. Had to call in maintenance the very first couple of hours. Even AC kept going all day, room was barely tolerable. Wasn’t the 5 star we thought we were getting. Personally I would not recommend this hotel."

"Great little stretch of beach with bar. Reasonable (not large) size pool for those who dont like sand. Only short walk to resturants both sides of the property. Rooms were good size and very comfortable. Nice to watch sunset from balcony. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It was a good breakfast."

"The Hotel was such a super cute boutique hotel. Very close walking distance to the night market. The front desk was very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet may be small but it was probably the best breakfast buffet out of our entire trip in Vietnam. The hotel even surprised my mother with a birthday cake and really made her feel so special. The pool and view were amazing. The rooms were cute and modern. "Staff very friendly and helpful. Location great for local cuisine. Language was a bit of a barrier being from Australia. Resort itself feels a little dated, not really like the photos online but was okay and serviceable. Pool was always clean but just not cold, same as the ocean…. Would I stay again ? Probably not, I believe it would be worth paying a bit more for a bit better."
