"High-end hotel with tremendous service from the staff. At only ~$500 for an upgraded executive room for 3 nights, the value is extremely good. I highly recommend them for anyone traveling to Kigali. "

"There was no airport shuttle for platinum member as promised. Toilet design was poor as the shower didn’t have a cubicle and water was all over the place. Breakfast was monotonous, same thing every morning for 3 days. They ran out of chicken after the first day and no effort was made towards restocking. Pool was was too cold without heating. Only good thing was the infrastructure and appliances. No refills of water, soap etc throughout our 3 day stay"

"Room was nice and staff were lovely. This hotel is a massive operation. It’s loud and busy and chaotic. Food was ok in the Italian restaurant. Breakfast was mediocre-some of the worst croissants and cheeses I’ve ever had at a hotel breakfast buffet. Truly awful. If this is the kind of thing you like-it’s perfect. Otherwise-it’s not worth the money."

"In a nutshell, this apartment hotel listing needs to be revamped. A number of amenities listed are false/misleading, such as there is no private spa tub, no bar/restaurant, etc. Also, the bathroom lights kept turning off and there was water leakage in the bathroom and kitchen (among other issues). While overall the property is clean and staff promptly attend to needs, I was told certain incorrect things and unnecessarily paid extra and the property avoided refunding me where justified. Please reconsider how you deal with guests and do not make false/misleading claims and avoid responsibility where warranted. Kigali/Rwanda is a great place, so represent your home well and allow guests to enjoy their stay worry free. There is opportunity for improvement and reflection, so please take this constructive criticism in stride. (By the way, it should be noted, the scenery/view around the property is breathtaking and neighbourhood is safe/clean)."

"Grazia Hotel is a perfect place to stay in Kigali! In a central location right near the Genocide Museum and a supermarket. The pool is refreshing, great breakfast with heaps of variety, a wide range on the menu and a great rooftop bar! Highly recommend!"

"My expectations were quite high given the online pictures that inhad seen. I guess that is why my first night was so difficult. Unfortunatley the rate tou are paying does not match room size ot the quality of the room. I hardly had any space for my two bags and the wardrobe provided did not have hang rails so i had to live out of my suitecases. The shower is right next to the sink and so once you shower the entire floor is wet. It was such an experience as some days there was no hot water in the morning and other days I was woken up by the sound of someone walking on the roof. The only bright side is that it was walking distance to the Kigali convention centre as advertised. I think the best approach is to come here with low expectations and then you will not be disapointed."
