"The hotel was very clean and nicely designed. The bed was comfortable. No complaints except the phone was dead when I tried to call desk. I informed the front desk and he said to tell housekeeping. Isn’t that your job? The phone never got fixed . I asked for more coffee such we got but no extra cream. Otherwise all was good."

"The toilets in the rooms are substandard in my opinion. They are too low to the ground, and the toilet bowls are too shallow. For anyone who had knee replacement surgery, sitting on them and standing back up is difficult because of how low they are. For men, sitting on the toilet is an unpleasant experience because your male parts get wet from touching the water in the toilet bowl. "From the time we enter the hotel the front desk was very helpful nice quick the rooms are very very clean my family enjoyed their stay and the best part of all was the 24-hour hot tub and pools that they had was very nice and clean staff help me with my internet problem I was having within minutes food was delicious we definitely will be staying here again"
