"Loved the hotel, definitely one of, if not the best I've stayed in. The only things I could fault and they didn't bother me too much, was the inability to watch certain channels on the TV because of signal/license issues, one instance of my food being a little late in the restaurant and being given the same breakfast tutorial each morning of our week-long stay."

"We were fortunate to have an upgrade the second stay. What a difference it made to our experience as we had so much more room to relax in after a long day. Staff remain friendly and professional. They offer breakfast but are very busy when tour groups are busy ones to eat. They highlight off peak times to avoid the line up. We also found more eating option 10-15 min walk towards Aomori Station. It was a very convenient location. Close to train that has an overpass and elevator a few steps from the hotel."
