"Common areas like elevator and some hall areas were in dire need of deep cleaning as well as some trash pick up and general maintenance. Lobby great. Parking areas well lighted and clean. "

"Family and I stayed for a quick trip to St. Louis. The property is easy to get in and out of which is a plus. It was less than twenty minutes to everywhere we wanted to be which was also good. The place was clean, staff friendly and overall a pleasant place to stay. My only issue was that on the Saturday we were checking out breakfast didn’t start until 0700 which was around the time we were heading out. Regardless, we’ll stay again the next time we’re in St. Louis. "

"One would think, due to its location in Kirkwood, the place would have a higher standard of cleanliness. but property is full of cig-butts and crack pipes. The elevator is super slow and dirty and The TV guide was awful to work and confusing."

"There was a lot of broken items in the room - a drawer totally broken, a shelf falling off the way - needs maintenance! They forgot to put towels in the room - only had one coffee cup in the room (for 2 people). Just seemed shabby for the area, and the price. "

"the pool was very nice, the free breakfast and dinner snacks were the best at helping cut costs for eating out! The staff was very friendly, the whole hotel was spotless and I couldn’t hear people in the next room over. This was the first time i’ve stayed with this hotel and I will be booking with thai chain in the future! "

"The reviews on Travelocity were much more accurate. This hotel is very run down. They couldn’t find my reservation at check in, the AC didn’t work and there was no toilet paper in the room. The paint is peeling, the sheets, while laundered, were stained. There were people hanging out in the lobby whom seemed to have just received medical attention. The security guard was with them although one randomly knocked on my door a couple of times. I have stayed in motels nicer than this place. All surrounding hotels were full. This should be a last resort. They only positive was the front desk staff were pleasant."
