"Highly recommended accommodation in Nagano. The room was clean & had everything I needed, staff are friendly & very helpful, location is excellent & the hotel was very quiet. Great additional amenities in the lobby & the added bonus of delicious snacks in the afternoon. Breakfast was ample & offered a good selection. A lovely hotel offering great value for money."

"Staff was helpful. Rooms and facilities were clean. Onsen was clean and cozy. Super location if you want to be close to Nagano station. 7-Eleven around the corner. Lots of dining options nearby. Would stay again!"

"Quite close to the Nagano Station (a short walk), good breakfast included, although the breakfast room is very busy for the first hour. Has on site laundry. A pleasant city park is across the street, 2 convenience stores nearby and a "Hotto Motto" fast food outlet a few doors down, as well as the shops and restaurants at and around Nagano Station."

"There were some maintenance issues with the hotel. The lights on the elevator button on the 9th floor did not illuminate, my room lights were also a little trouble. There were a couple of bugs in my room as well. The check in staff was not as accommodating as I would have liked. However, the hot spring was great. The hotel bus driver and restaurant staff were very friendly."

"Very helpful staff. Great location- short walk to happo gondola. Great views of the mountain esp from the dining area, and bfast spread was superb. Clean room and onsen facilities. Really enjoyed our stay."
