"1) the bed was ok, but the metal shield that was at the edge of the bed was too close to the edge and too noisy if you hit it 2) the floor has settled, and the drawer to the very nice chest would not stay shut. but the maintenance man got me two shims which you see, and the drawers stayed shut like they should 3) ANTS - your office staff wanted to spray for ants. I've been in pest control and YOU CANNOT SPRAY FOR ANTS !!!!!!! They walk across it and are not affected. we bought and bait and...
