Room was very dated and tired and desperately needed a full refresh. A questionable mark on the bed valance caused concern. "From the time we walked in, shaking terrified as Americans who had just driven on the wrong side of the road for the first times in our lives, the staff was nothing but wonderful. Greeted us with smiles, and were efficient. Quiet and accomodating at all times. Breakfast was great every morning, and the relaxing free range atmosphere was exactly what we needed. "Freshly cooked breakfast with self service. Items such as Haggis, Eggs and so on refreshed or renewed constantly and reasonably quickly. A good variety. Parking is easy and they even have EV charge points. Staff are very helpful and polite. The room was clean and made up daily. "

"It has small bar and very accommodating staff , breakfast is good for the price I pay.We managed to check in early as the room is available and we did had a good rest as we have an early flight. Location is walkable to prince st. And deans village but you can get a bus going to town centre."
